Cancellation Policy

There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee on all booked services once paid. Should you decide to cancel your booked services before 72 hours of the event the full amount will be returned minus the $50 non-refundable booking fee. If you cancel within the 72 hours of the booked service there will be a $75 cancellation fee. You can also reschedule and all money paid will be applied minus a $50 non-refundable rescheduling fee. In order to reschedule the decided event date needs to be available. The newly rescheduled event location and the amount of time needed may affect the paid price and additional fees may apply. Due to the fact that our 1951 Mercury is over 70 years old, at times we may have mechanical issues and getting parts and repairs can be a challenge. Should this vehicle not be in operation service within 72 hrs of your scheduled service, we at So Cal Kuztoms will contact you to cancel the service. 100% of funds paid will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date of your choosing. For the inconvenience that acurred we will also discount our rate to $100 for the first hr of service. Thank You for choosing So Cal Kuztoms for your event needs.
